Anthony Pitt

Chairperson / Director - Integrated Logistics Company Pty Ltd

Director Rail & Ports - Glencore

Anthony has substantial experience in leading and working within coal supply chains across Australia. Anthony is responsible for all infrastructure interests, commercial arrangements and logistics planning and operations for Glencore’s coal operations across Australia. Anthony serves as a Director of Port Waratah Coal Services, Port Kembla Coal Terminal, Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal, Abbot Point Bulk Coal, the Hunter Valley Coal Chain Coordinator, Glencore Rail NSW Pty Ltd and various related entities.

Ken Moore

Director - Integrated Logistics Company Pty Ltd

Manager Infrastructure Strategy - Anglo American Steelmaking Coal Pty Ltd 

Ken has been in the industry for approximately 14 years, initially in sales & marketing working with customers in Australia and Asia, and currently responsible for port & rail access and related commercial arrangements which underpin Anglo American Metallurgical Coal’s operations in Australia and Canada (BC).  Also a Director of DBCT Pty Ltd, Half Tide Marine Pty Ltd, CNCCo Pty Ltd, PWCS Ltd and the HVCCC.

Jesse Knight

Director - Integrated Logistics Company Pty Ltd

General Manager Operations – DB Infrastructure

Having joined DBI in 2002, Jesse Knight has a deep understanding of the terminal, the DBT supply chain and the DBT Access regime. Mr Knight is the face of the business for its customers and various other external stakeholders and is responsible for negotiating access agreements, delivering operational performance initiatives, overseeing cybersecurity preparedness for DBI and DBT, and driving DBT supply chain improvements. Mr Knight also plays an integral role in DBI’s transition planning activities, including the assessment of inorganic growth opportunities. Mr Knight holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Central Queensland University and a Masters of Business Administration (Maritime and Logistics Management) from the University of Tasmania.

Steve Rae

Director - Integrated Logistics Company Pty Ltd

Chief Executive Officer – DBCT Pty Ltd

Steve Rae is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Pty Ltd, and has a wealth of coal industry operational, maintenance, and management experience after a successful career with BHP Billiton and BMA.  Prior to joining DBCT P/L, Steve was Head of Health, Safety and Environment, and a member of the BMA Executive Leadership Team.  Steve has extensive experience in a range of mining and port operations in both Australia, and the USA.

Luiz Sapucaia

Director - Integrated Logistics Company Pty Ltd

GM Supply - Stanmore Resources

Luiz has more than 20 years’ experience in supply and logistics in the mining, and oil and gas industries across Australia, Africa and Brazil. He brings extensive experience to his current role as General Manager Supply, having led high-performing teams and managed cross-functional operations globally.  Throughout his career, Luiz has held various leadership positions with Origin Energy, South32 and Vale, where he led transformation and organisational restructure projects. His experience also extends to global operational and corporate roles in procurement, category management, logistics, working capital management, business performance and commercial.  Luiz’s previous commercial experience, in addition to his work on early-stage port and rail projects in Queensland and New South Wales, will assist Stanmore Resources integrate new sites and further improve operational costs, while developing long-term strategies through his solid system and process knowledge.  Luiz is an electrical engineer and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC), and a Bachelor of Electrical and Production Engineering from the University of Industrial Engineering in Brazil.

John Woods

Director - Integrated Logistics Company Pty Ltd

Head of Network Control, Planning & Scheduling - Aurizon Network

John has over ten years’ experience in rail and is currently Aurizon Network’s Head of Network Control, Planning & Scheduling. In this role John is accountable for the planning of all access and rail services on Aurizon’s Central Queensland Coal Network (CQCN) and the management of Aurizon’s Network Control Centre.  John has previously held a number of other leadership positions in Aurizon’s Coal Operations group relating to planning, reporting and analytics and has succeeded as the executive sponsor for several major projects in procurement, technology and transformation areas.

Paul Hartfiel

Manager Marketing Operations – Fitzroy Australia Resources 

Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce and has worked in a variety of accounting and finance positions prior to appointments in commercial marketing and logistics roles.  Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry with the past 12 in the coal industry.  Paul is presently the Manager Marketing Operations for Fitzroy Australia Resources and was appointed as an ILC director in May 2017.

Brendan Sellens

Director - Integrated Logistics Company Pty Ltd

Pacific National

Brendan is the Head of Operations, for Pacific National’s Coal division.  As a senior leader at Pacific National he drives the optimisation of operations for the long term, with long-term commitment to safe, efficient and high-quality service for customers.

He has garnered significant experience throughout his 25 year career, having worked in a wide range of industries including transport and logistics, engineering, manufacturing and agriculture.  This has seen Brendan work in both regional and capital cities across Queensland and New South Wales.

Andrew Boyd

Andrew is an experienced coal industry executive with over 25 years working in and around the coal industry in both Queensland and New South Wales. Andrew commenced as Managing Director of QMetco Ltd in May 2024. QMetco, through subsidiary Middlemount South Pty Ltd, is the majority owner and operator of the Foxleigh Mine. Prior to his current role, Andrew was the Chief Executive Officer of Baralaba Coal Company Pty Ltd and before that was the Chief Operating Officer with New Hope Group Ltd having responsibility for all its mining, port and agricultural operations.

John McArthur

Chief Commercial Officer - 1Rail

John McArthur is currently the Chief Commercial Officer of One Rail Australia.  John has held a number of senior commercial and industrial management positions in both private and public sector organisations, primarily businesses servicing the bulk logistics, mining and affiliated sectors.   John has also previously worked for a boutique consulting firm, providing operational, commercial and strategic advice to businesses and Governments regarding critical supply chain issues.  John has a degree in Economics (B.Ec) & post graduate qualification in Management (Intermodal Logistics).  He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (Australia).  John also serves as a Director of the Hunter Valley Coal Chain Coordinator Limited (HVCCC) and is a non-executive Director of the Australasian Railway Association (ARA).

Kevin Barlow

Kevin Barlow is currently the Chief Commercial Officer of TerraCom Limited.
Kevin is a legally qualified commercial professional with over 15 years’ experience in the mining and construction industries, and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from Griffith University.

Daryl Edwards

Director - Integrated Logistics Company Pty Ltd

Chief Executive Officer - Bowen Coking Coal

Mr Edwards is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in the mining and manufacturing industries. He is currently the CEO of ASX listed Bowen Coking Coal Limited and has held various executive positions including CFO of Bowen Coking Coal Limited, CEO of private Australian coal explorer Pioneer Coal, and CFO and Head of Corporate Development for ASX Listed; Universal Coal plc. He has financed and managed the commercialisation of several mines including the ~2.5Mtpa Burton Coal Mine, 4Mpta Kangala Colliery and the 3.3Mtpa New Clydesdale Colliery. Previously, Mr Edwards was CFO at Asenjo Energy, a Botswana-based coal exploration and development company.
